We hire selectively, seeking exceptional talent motivated by high-impact engineering, research precision, and a shared mission to strengthen the world’s relationship with truth.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Bilingual HR Manager based in Meknes, Morocco to manage local HR operations while aligning our growing regional team with our UK HR frameworks and agency partners.In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment pipelines, design impactful Personal Development Plans (PDPs), and scale our Meknes operations. You will serve as the core bridge between Moroccan legal compliance (Code du Travail) and UK HR leadership, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, talent growth, and operational clarity.Key Responsibilities
Talent Scaling & Recruitment: Design candidate pipelines, coordinate end-to-end interview processes, and drive targeted hiring to scale our Meknes team.
People & Development: Build Personal Development Plans (PDPs), establish performance review frameworks, and support long-term talent retention.
Moroccan Legal & HR Compliance: Oversee local employee contracts, CNSS/AMO filings, payroll documentation, and ensure strict alignment with Moroccan labor laws.
Cross-Border HR Collaboration: Partner directly with our UK HR agency and leadership to manage core HR software, align global policies, and harmonize international operations.
Culture & Employee Relations: Act as the local champion for FactTrace’s mission-driven culture, maintaining clear communications, fair policies, and a high-performance environment.Qualifications & Experience
HR Expertise: 3+ years as an HR Generalist or HR Manager with hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance systems, and employee relations.
Dual Jurisdiction Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Moroccan labor law (Code du Travail) paired with experience supporting or managing UK-aligned HR workflows.
Bilingual Fluency: Professional proficiency in English and French is required (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Systems & Tools: Proficiency with modern HRIS software and collaboration tools.
Strategic Partnering: Ability to interface with legal, finance, and international leadership on workforce planning.
Location: Based in or willing to commute to Meknes, Morocco.What We Offer
