We’re a media team based in Fez, Morocco, building a street-interview brand focused on money, business, and success in the style of School of Hard Knocks. We’re hiring a video editor who can turn raw interviews into tight, punchy short-form videos.
This is a paid full-time contract role based in Fez, Morocco.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Turn roughly 10 minutes of raw interview footage into a strong 60–90 second edit
- Find the best hook and build each story around the strongest moments
- Write and burn in accurate English captions and on-screen hooks
- Add B-roll, zooms, jump cuts, sound design, and light music without over-editing
- Clean up color and audio so each clip looks sharp on a phone
- Deliver vertical 9:16 cuts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Work with the content team on a consistent production schedule
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong English comprehension and a good feel for jokes, subtext, and natural conversation
- Strong instinct for pacing, storytelling, and short-form retention
- Comfortable in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut
- Clean, accurate caption work
- Reliable, organized, and open to feedback
- Arabic and/or French is helpful

- Ongoing work with steady weekly volume
- We’ll begin with a small paid editing assignment before moving into recurring work
