Receptionist

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Receptionist in our TUI BLUE Medina Gardens, where you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through professional and friendly service at all times.

Delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guestsManaging check-ins and check-outs efficiently, in line with hotel standards and proceduresHandling reservations, room allocations, and guest communications with accuracy and attention to detailActing as the main point of contact for guests, responding to requests and resolving inquiries or complaints promptly and professionallyCollaborating closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards

About You

Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred but not essential.Strong communication skills and professional, friendly attitude.Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests calmly.Strong communication skills, composure and proven ability to professionally resolve conflict situationsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office required
