Service Heads - Finance Department (4 positions to fill) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job : The Regional Multiservices Company (SRM) Casablanca-Settat is the first SRM in the Kingdom of Morocco, operational since October 2024. It manages the public services of drinking water, electricity, and liquid sanitation distribution for over 7 million inhabitants, with an investment program exceeding 60 billion dirhams.

As part of structuring its Financial Department, SRM Casablanca-Settat is simultaneously recruiting four Service Heads.

The positions to fill

Head of General Accounting ServiceHead of Debt Management ServiceHead of Financial Engineering and Financing ServiceHead of Customer Management ServiceCommon missions for all four positions

To lead and supervise the activities within their scope, manage a team, produce analyses and reports for the General Management, ensure compliance with standards and procedures, contribute to the transformation projects of the financial information system (SAP S/4HANA), and represent the function with internal and external stakeholders (banks, funders, public institutions, partners).

Required profile : ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION MANDATORY:

BAC+5 diploma recognized by the State from a top business school or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit and Management Control, Economics, or equivalentA specialization in public finance, financial engineering, or debt management is an assetProfessional experience:

Experience of 3 to 5 years in finance, financial managementExperience in the public sector or financial institutions is highly desirable
