As part of supporting Moroccan metropolises in deploying exceptional and internationally visible transport solutions, we are recruiting experts in transport engineering.Position Functionally reporting to the central structure and deployed in the heart of a strategic urban area, your missions consist of:- Traffic design and engineering: Design and formalize the global mobility plan and local circulation plans in close coordination with all institutional stakeholders (local authorities, national transport offices, infrastructure managers, and law enforcement);- Committee steering: Lead local thematic committees dedicated to mobility and ensure smooth information flow to senior management;- Operational monitoring and risk management: Supervise the deployment of local transport infrastructure and related urban developments, identify non-compliance or delay risks, and deploy contingency plans. Minimum Bac+5 level diploma (Grande École or University Engineer) with a specialization in transport, civil engineering, urban planning, or territorial development;Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in transport engineering, urban mobility, or large-scale event logistics;Asset: Successful experience in steering multi-site programs within the Moroccan institutional landscape (relations with administrations, public operators, and local authorities) or in the logistics of large public/cultural gatherings;Languages: Fluent and professional command of Arabic, French, and English;Perfect knowledge of multimodal transport systems;Proficiency in project management tools;Ability to develop complex circulation plans and master plans;Excellent communication with high-level interlocutors (authorities, international experts);Strong sense of anticipation.
