SEO Intern - Remote Internship

MarHire is looking for a motivated SEO Intern to support the growth of our multilingual travel and car rental websites. This internship is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in SEO, content optimization, AEO and GEO.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword and competitor research
Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings and website content
Create SEO briefs for English and French pages
Support technical SEO audits and issue tracking
Improve internal linking and website structure
Help optimize content for AI search engines and featured answers
Monitor rankings, traffic, indexing and backlinks
Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools
Prepare simple performance reports

Requirements

Basic understanding of on-page and off-page SEO
Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Good written English or French; both are preferred
Interest in AEO, GEO and AI-assisted content optimization
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous personal, academic or freelance SEO projects are a plus
