Call Center Agent – US Market (English, Remote | Morocco | Paid in USD)

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are conducting a market research phase to identify top-performing countries with neutral, American-friendly English proficiency — and Egypt is a key focus.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $3 to $4 USD per hour
Schedule: 40–45 hours per week (may include weekends)

What You’ll Do
Handle calls for US-based campaigns (lead generation, appointment setting, and sales)
Communicate clearly and professionally with American customers
Follow performance-driven goals focused on productivity and results
Represent US brands with confidence, clarity, and cultural awareness
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English proficiency with a neutral, American-friendly accent
Previous call center experience (sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred)
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
Comfortable working performance-based campaigns
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup
