For our location in Salé, we are looking at the earliest possible date for an

IT Manager (m/f/d)

Your new Role and Responsibilities

Lead, develop and coordinate the local IT team and ensure efficient day-to-day IT operations
Act as the primary representative of the IT organization towards local management and all business departments
Serve as the main interface between the Operational Business Unit (OBU) and the global IT Shared Service Center (IT SSC)
Coordinate and manage all IT-related requests, projects and activities within the business unit
Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT infrastructure, systems, networks and end-user services
Monitor IT service delivery and support activities while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Drive digital transformation initiatives and the implementation of innovative technologies such as cloud solutions, automation and AI
Define and implement local IT strategies in alignment with global standards and business objectives
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
Lead IT projects from feasibility analysis through implementation and successful completion
Manage incidents, changes, problem resolution and continuous service improvement activities
Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, cybersecurity requirements and information security standards
Develop, maintain and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Manage the local IT budget, monitor costs and support investment planning
Coordinate vendor and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and service reviews
Ensure compliance with quality management standards and support internal and external audits
Monitor IT performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective and preventive measures where necessary
Support technical teams and end users through coaching, training and knowledge sharing
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and company regulations

Your Profile

Bachelor’s and in ideal case Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations or IT management within an international or multinational environment (ideally, experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive industry is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in team leadership and project management
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, operating systems and end-user support
Experience with IT service management processes and best practices
Good understanding of information security, cybersecurity and business continuity management
Knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives
Experience in budget management, resource planning and vendor management
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Experience with SAP (e.g. 4/HANA)
Additional technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, ISO 27001, PMP or equivalent) are considered an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Customer-oriented mindset with strong service delivery focus
Strong team spirit and also ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational, planning and leadership skills
Fluent English and French required, Arabic and other languages are a plus
Willingness to travel (also international)
