Job : We are recruiting for our client, a company specializing in digital solutions and HR support, an IT Recruitment Officer working remotely to strengthen its Talent Acquisition team.

Main missions:

IT sourcing on specialized platforms.Qualification of technical profiles: developers, system engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.Conducting telephone and video interviews.Managing the candidate pipeline and regular reporting.Collaboration with technical managers to define needs.Full follow-up of the recruitment process until integration.Benefits:

Required profile : Profile sought:

Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or similar field.Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in IT recruitment.Proficiency in sourcing tools and technical environments.Excellent communication skills and ability to assess technical skills.Autonomy, organization, analytical skills.Comfortable with remote work.
