Regional Technical Sales Manager Morocco West Africa

About this Position Henkel is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Infrastructure Repair Systems based in Morocco. As the Regional Sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within your assigned region Morocco and West Africa. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and executing strategies to achieve business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

What You´ll Do

Drive sales growth and market penetration across assigned geographic territory and targeted end markets Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve annual sales targets, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable growthBuild strong relationships with asset owners, key decision makers, and influencers, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes Lead consultative, solution-based selling by presenting qualified repair systems that address customer challenges and operational requirementsWork effectively with channel partners, engineering, training, inside sales, and back-office teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projectsMaintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and customer activity records within the sales system, and report on performance

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Oil and Gas sector with strong knowledge of Moroccan, West Africa including Nigerian MarketsEstablished knowledge of, and professional contacts within, transmission pipeline, offshore, and onshore process pipeline marketsOrganized, proactive, and disciplined in opportunity management, with strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated learning agility and adaptability; technical expertise is advantageous but not essentialFluency in English is highly required as well as French
