Job : Your mission:
Lead, supervise, and inspire a sales team dedicated to Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles, by developing a strong team spirit and setting clear objectives.Develop innovative sales strategies to promote our range of light commercial vehicles to professional clients.Collaborate with your team members to identify and target sales opportunities, both with existing customers and new professional clients.Build trust with our professional clients by understanding their business needs and providing solutions tailored to their activities.Provide guidance and advice to ensure successful sales and lasting customer relationships.Monitor the individual and collective performance of the team, while offering continuous support and development.Implement qualitative and quantitative performance indicators and ensure their follow-up.Liaise with other departments, including after-sales, financing, sales administration, and delivery, to ensure effective coordination of commercial activities.Present reports on team performance, LCV market trends, sales forecasts, and implement necessary action plans.
Required profile : Holder of a Bac+4/5 degree (Master's level) in commerce, management, or equivalent.Successful experience of at least 5 years in sales, including at least 3 years in team management in the automotive sector.Experience in LCV sales, fleet management, or business development with professional clients, with premium standards, would be highly appreciated.Your qualities:
