About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control & Food Safety professional based in or near Agadir, Morocco. The role is remote, with regular travel within Morocco to inspect goods at suppliers, packing houses and before shipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Inspecting products at supplier sites and before loading, and checking that they meet our quality and food safety specifications
Reporting inspection results clearly and quickly, with photos and documentation
Working with suppliers to follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions
Checking supplier documents and certifications
Acting as our quality contact on the ground in Morocco

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in quality control and food safety, ideally with fresh or frozen produce
Someone independent who takes initiative and can organise their own work
Fluent English, written and spoken
Willingness to travel within Morocco
Clear, reliable communication and reporting

Bonus Qualifications

Knowledge of BRC (BRCGS) and/or GLOBALG.A.P. standards
French (a strong plus)
Driving licence
